ID & Design International is currently seeking a Receptionist and Administrative Support Team Member. This team member plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for all callers and visitors to ID & Design International. In addition to front desk responsibilities, this individual will collaborate with the Office Manager and other team members to support daily office operations, the Design Support Team, and the resource library.

Primary Responsibilities:

Answer and direct all incoming calls; relay accurate messages promptly
Greet and assist all visitors, vendors, and clients in a professional manner
Welcome new employees and provide basic office orientation
Escort clients and guests to meeting rooms; coordinate and set up refreshments as needed
Coordinate receipt and delivery of documents with external vendors
Schedule and organize in-house and vendor presentations
Support team members by setting up conference rooms and meetings
Maintain and update a digital contact database
Manage company shipping logistics
Order and track inventory of office and break room supplies weekly
Provide light design support, including data entry and basic Photoshop presentations
Maintain an interest in interior design and a proactive approach to learning new software and processes

This position reports directly to the Office Manager and is ideal for someone who enjoys a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment.
