Overview:
Responsible for performing a variety of administrative support functions in relation to report
generation, invoice creation, time tracking, and other back office work requests related to the
business operations. Complete basic reports utilizing data analysis and the assigned available
systems. Regularly generate business unit specific reports that meet the business unit reporting
guidelines and requirements. Troubleshoot support issues to ensure resolution on reports,
invoices and other related projects. Assist leadership with training and outlining expectations for
team members as needed to provide quality support service to business operational teams and
clients.
Responsibilities:

Administrative Support and Reporting Functions –
Perform a variety of administrative support functions for the assigned business unit, which
normally focuses on report generation, invoice creation, time tracking, and other back office
work requests related to the business
Enter IT work order tickets in Connectwise and Service Now in a timely and accurate manner
adhering to department policies, procedures, and guidelines
Develop an understanding of client programs that are supported and become comfortable with
communicating various data items to clients as necessary
Assist with cross-training to provide quality support to sales and business operations teams and
look for streamlining opportunities
Act as a subject matter expert and assist with questions, quality audits, and low level tech support for agents
Troubleshoot client or business unit team administrative or documentation issues and assist
with ensuring a resolution
Assist team members with business unit specific reports and training on reporting cycle to
generate and distribute administrative sales support reports
Assist in the process of streamlining support team activities and integration of shared tools
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with team members, clients, and department
contacts
Work on assigned administrative, clerical, or data entry projects under general supervision
Perform additional and related duties as assigned
General mental and physical requirements of an indoor office environment are expected

Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
Education
High school diploma or GED required
Experience
Minimum 2 years general clerical, event planning, report development, or related experience
required
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
Prior knowledge of IT work order ticketing software preferred (Connect Wise and Service Now specifically).
