What are we looking for in our Administrative Associate?

Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a Leading Biotech Company that has an opening for an Administrative Associate!

We seek a proactive and organized individual to provide high-level administrative support to the Drug Metabolism & Pharmacokinetics Department in a fast-paced scientific environment.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently manage and prioritize the calendars of multiple Directors, coordinate various internal and external meetings, including in-person, virtual and hybrid meetings.

Coordinate and schedule onsite and offsite meetings, arrange catering as necessary, provide on-site or virtual support during meetings, and prepare meeting materials/presentations

Assist Directors with compiling, completing, and processing expense reports.

Provide backup coverage to the department’s Principal Administrative Business Partner and resource to other Research admins for administrative duties

Educational Background:

BS/BA degree or AA with 4 years of administrative experience, or High School Diploma with 7 years of administrative experience or equivalent transferable skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated capability to provide high-level administrative support to senior

executives in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and WebEx. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, adaptable, collaborative, and discreet with sensitive information.

Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080

Employment Type: Contract role

Pay range: $22-26/hr. on W2

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
