We’re a growing healthcare company seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Office Administrative Associate. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow in a supportive work environment.

We provide full training no prior experience required.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct calls professionally
Maintain filing systems (digital + paper)
Assist with calendar and appointment management
Support staff with intake, documentation, and administrative tasks
Track office supplies and handle errands
Learn billing, prior authorizations, and scheduling systems
Coordinate with nurses and case managers to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Friendly, organized, and dependable
Comfortable with basic tech (Google Docs, spreadsheets, email)
Strong communication and follow-through
Willing to learn and commit long-term
