Join Our Team! Sales Office Coordinator – American Floor and Home (O‘ahu, HI)

We’re seeking a Sales Office Coordinator to be the backbone of our high-performing outside sales team. From processing and tracking orders to managing material claims and assisting with proposals, your day-to-day will be filled with meaningful support work that helps our sales professionals shine. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being the go-to problem-solver.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate daily office activities to keep the sales team supported and on track

Manage order entry, prepare quotes, and assist in proposal documentation

Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and team meetings

Maintain customer and sales data accurately in CRM systems

Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless order processing

Assist in generating sales reports and maintaining organized files

Support team projects and help deliver exceptional customer service

Additional Duties

Keep catalogs, brochures, warranties, and sales materials stocked

Pitch in on special projects or tasks assigned by the Sales Manager

Contribute to a positive, solution-focused team environment

Qualifications

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required

1+ year of retail or wholesale sales experience preferred

2+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service

Flooring, home improvement, or construction industry experience is a plus
