REPORTS TO: President of GOEX
SUMMARY: This position supports the administrative needs of the leadership of GOEX Apparel, the primary sustainability initiative of The Global Orphan Project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
Assist with meetings, calendars, expenses and other administrative needs of the leadership team.
Manage event and market registrations and related travel bookings.
Support the GOEX Sales Team with standardized communication and by responding to leads, writing thank-you notes and organizing customer requests.
Coordinate order paperwork and customer invoicing.
Enter order details for key accounts as needed.
Respond to calls and emails looking for customer service support.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role with a minimum of two years experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using office software and tools, including word processing. spreadsheet, and presentation software.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Proactive approach to and ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
A clear sense of calling to this role in this organization.
