We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take charge of the behind-the-scenes magic that makes our office an amazing place to work. From greeting visitors with a warm smile to making sure every event is a hit, you’ll be the glue that holds everything together while creating a positive and welcoming environment for all.
Local Candidate and Hybrid Requirement: Must be available to be onsite 3 days a week with the ability to be in the office. Possible 5 days onsite as needed for special events.

How You Will Contribute
Office Vibes & Administration:
Be the first face our visitors see! Greet and guide guests with a friendly smile and take care of the essentials (like coats and drinks) to make everyone feel right at home.
Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including keeping the fridge stocked and free of forgotten lunches, managing office supplies, and making sure the office space is always looking its best.
Keep the office running smoothly by handling general administrative tasks and being the go-to person for anything office-related. This includes distribution and mailing of letters and shipping of packages.
An energetic team player who thrives on collaborating with other departments, making sure everything runs like a charm—and having fun while doing it.
Event Planning Extraordinaire:
Organize and execute fun company events, from team lunches to after-work mixers, you’re the one who’ll set up, manage, and take down the event to ensure everything runs seamlessly!
Manage internal conference room logistics with ease and provide friendly support for external booking requests as needed
Bring your creativity to the table when it comes to designing and planning events that boost team morale and make our office culture even better.
Onboarding & Employee Engagement Guru:
Oversee the onboarding process, making sure new hires feel welcomed, informed, and excited about their new role.
Regularly check in with employees through surveys to gather feedback, and make sure action is taken to keep our workplace fun, productive, and engaging.
Lead employee engagement activities that make our team feel connected and valued, from wellness initiatives to recognition programs.
Intranet Maintenance & Communication:
Maintain and update our company intranet, ensuring it’s always fresh, informative, and a valuable resource for everyone.
Keep all internal communication flowing smoothly, helping employees stay up-to-date with company news and upcoming events.
Directing the main office line voicemails to the appropriate personnel.
Responsible for administering all employee recognition programs, including tracking recognition nominations, processing gift card orders and other recognition program awards and assisting employees with any questions regarding the programs or the WorkTango site.
Tracking & Reporting Pro:
Track key data and activities in Excel, ensuring accurate records and reporting for HR and office operations.
Be comfortable moving this data into PowerPoint presentations when needed, clearly conveying important information to the team and leadership.
Own your areas with confidence, consistently taking responsibility for tasks, processes, and ensuring they’re completed efficiently and effectively.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of at least three years of full time related experience

Physical Requirements
Frequently required to sit and stand.

Visual acuity and manual dexterity are required such as using software and a laptop computer.

Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Travel

The compensation range listed below represents the potential salary for this role at the time of posting. However, the final salary may be higher or lower than the stated range, and this range may be adjusted in the future. An employee’s placement within the salary range will depend on various factors, including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any applicable collective bargaining agreements, and the needs of the business or organization. This is an hourly non-exempt position with annual estimated pay between $38,000-$44,000.
