Team Receptionist

We are seeking a talented, growth-based individual to be the receptionist/office assistant in our growing office. This person will be the first face clients see and will focus on public relations and marketing the business, and will represent the entire company.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is positive, outgoing, learning-based, a strong communicator, highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proficient with technology, including Google Suite. Experience with spreadsheets and data management is highly preferred.

This person is the face of our Market Center, welcoming agents and clients with a warm and genuine smile. They will direct guests appropriately, notify agents and staff of arrivals, answer phones, and direct calls to agents within the Market Center. Additionally, they will be responsible for accurate data input of listing and sales data for agents in a fast-paced and highly productive office.

This position is a critical part of the leadership team, providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. This includes assisting with reports, spreadsheets, tracking office performance metrics, and supporting the leadership team in various projects. The role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth.

The workplace is business casual. The hours for this position will most likely be a flexible schedule, but full-time.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $16 to $18 per hour
Hours: 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Welcoming clients, guests, and vendors by greeting them warmly in person or over the phone; professionally answering and directing inquiries
Managing the front desk area to create a welcoming and organized environment for all visitors and team members
Handling incoming calls and emails efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate communication with agents, clients, and partners
Supporting a positive office culture by fostering relationships with agents and promoting a professional, friendly atmosphere
Assisting with social media management and basic marketing tasks, including property listing promotions and community engagement
Coordinating communications between clients, agents, and staff in a high-paced real estate office
Preparing and distributing office-wide communications, announcements, and updates
Providing administrative assistance to the leadership team, including maintaining spreadsheets, generating reports, and organizing documents
Supporting office leadership with day-to-day operations and contributing to long-term office organization and growth initiatives
Qualifications:
Positive, growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic office environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients, agents, and team members
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, especially in managing a busy front desk
Ability to handle multiple tasks, coordinate meetings, and assist with office events smoothly and efficiently
Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content support for listings or company updates
Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with spreadsheets, data entry, and maintaining organized digital records
Technologically proficient with office equipment such as phones, printers, and communication tools; able to assist with basic tech setup for meetings
Strong listening skills and the ability to respond thoughtfully and efficiently to various office and client needs
