Our premier Boynton Beach synagogue & school is seeking an experienced office administrator with excellent bookkeeping & Quickbooks skills to join our team.

This role requires:
1) Excellent customer/membership relations/reception skills; verbal and written.
2) Multi-task office administration.
3) Quickbooks/bookkeeping proficiency.
4) CRM database management experience.
5) executive assistance to school, synagogue and managers.
Highly DESIRABLE:
1) Experience with non-profit-specific customer relationship management
software.
2) Full-time, in-office, Work hours 9am-4pm (M-F)
3) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat.

3) Résumés lacking clear professional experience in bookkeeping with Quickbooks AND substantial experience in a career/professionalized administrative professional role.
Core Duties:
1.) Public’s primary point of contact. Handle all Inbound calls/emails and in-person inquiries.
2.) Maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) membership database.
3.) Substantial in-house bookkeeping across multiple accounting systems for multiple divisions within organization.
4.) Administration of outgoing/incoming mail and correspondence. Processing incoming donations in CRM, Quickbooks. preparing deposits and generating receipt/thank-you correspondence.
5.) Managing executive & organizational calendar/appointments.
6.) Coordination with staff/volunteers of multiple divisions within organization.
7.) Managing Regular events; RSVP attendee lists, incoming/outgoing fees and ancillary technical logistics & planning.
8.) General Duties Miscellaneous; Weekly member reports financial and otherwise. Handling outgoing correspondence, contracts & items for executive signature. Maintaining hard-copy, digital and cloud-based records.
Monitoring monthly & annual compliance activities. Ordering of Supplies and acceptance of deliveries. General reception duties.
Pay: Commensurate w/ experience & proven skills set. $30 – $35/hour
