We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to help keep our growing business running smoothly! This is a part-time, contract-to-hire position with the opportunity to grow into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service
Organize physical and digital paperwork efficiently
Process customer payments and manage order entries
Schedule service technicians and installation crews
Verify contractor orders for accuracy before submitting to manufacturers
Prepare estimates for contractors, collect digital signatures, and process payments
Maintain and update our CRM system regularly
Receive and inspect deliveries for quality and accuracy
Create field paperwork for service techs and installers
Keep the office and bathroom clean and presentable
Who You Are:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable speaking with contractors and customers
Familiar with basic office software and CRM systems (or quick to learn)
Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Responsible and dependable
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in construction, home improvement, or a similar industry
Previous admin or coordinator experience
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
Bilingual candidates are a plus; previous office management experience is advantageous
