We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Handle incoming phone calls and information collection for call triage.
Verify insurances and obtain authorizations when needed. Trouble shoot insurance problems.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Provide administrative support, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
Initiate, manage, organize and close client files in a detail oriented manner.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Communicating with patients, referral sources, and provider offices for records requests via secure email and fax.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Utilize office software for document creation, spreadsheets, and record keeping.
Assist in coordination of office staff and use of patient rooms.
Act as a personal assistant to senior management, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Familiarity with data entry processes and office management practices.
Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Experience with OfficeAlly is a plus but not required.
Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Excellent calendar management abilities and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Detail -oriented organizational skills are required in every task.
