Come join Visiting Angels – we areHIRING IMMEDIATELY for an Administrative Caregiver and Training Coordinator.This will be a full-time hourly position with some in-office hours and some hours with our caregiving team training and assisting in the homes of our clients during the week.
The ideal candidate will be adept at all levels of caregiving services – from cognitive issues to hands-on care. They would excel at coaching and training other caregivers to be the best at what they do. Other areas we would be looking for include strong organizational and communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, and they must have a passion for providing excellent customer service to others.
Responsibilities:
Provide caregiving services, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
Help to coordinate and facilitate new employee orientations and ongoing training programs.
Ensure compliance and maintain personnel information.
Float to assist as needed, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients, embodying the company’s values.
Participate in creative recruitment and retention strategies to maintain a competent and diverse team.
Other duties as required.
Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years of experience working with a variety of different clients and modalities.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.
Ability to work a flexible schedule as far as work location, including on-call as needed.
Complete a background check and drug test.
Excellent customer service, communication
Moderate computer skills.
Must treat everyone with patience, dignity, and respect.
Experience:
Caregiver or CNA: 5 years (Preferred)
Training: 1 year (Preferred)
Working in healthcare environment: 5 years (Preferred)
Working in office setting: 1 year (Required)

Pay: Starting pay from $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
Day shift, Monday to Friday, and on-call as needed
On site Wednesdays and Thursdays (orientations/training)
