Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Clerk to join our client’s team in Milton, Ontario . This position is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.
As an Administrative Clerk, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations by coordinating customer requests, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Pay Rate: $ 22.00/hour

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time |12-month contract

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers to coordinate equipment pickups
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
  • Support customers by identifying opportunities to promote and sell equipment already available in their homes when appropriate
  • Create and process equipment delivery orders for Ontario Health Team partners
  • Prepare customer invoices and process billing accurately
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records and documentation
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Support daily office operations and provide general administrative assistance as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
    • Excel
    • Word
    • Outlook
  • Strong computer, data entry, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Professional communication and customer service abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
