Atlantic Fall Protection, Inc. is a rapidly growing turnkey fall protection company dedicated to eliminating one of the greatest threats to employee safety: falls from elevated work environments. Our office is in North Charleston, SC, but we serve customers nationwide. We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant with Data Entry skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls and emails and scheduling appointments.
Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner.
Manage the front desk area and maintain a neat and organized workspace.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Maintain and order office supplies.
Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, including inputting, updating, and verifying information in our systems.
Assist in maintaining and organizing electronic and physical files to ensure easy access and retrieval of documents.
Complete bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
Bookkeeping and QuickBooks Desktop experience preferred but not required.
Technologically savvy with the ability to navigate new programs proactively.
Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles, demonstrating excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
High school diploma or equivalent education required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role or other related field preferred.
Diligent, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
