Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for Commercial Contracting Company, Part Time

ABOUT THIS POSITION:
Our company is looking for a detail-oriented and organized person to fill an Office Admin/Receptionist role in our busy office. In this role, tasks include welcoming guests, handling incoming phone calls and other communications, maintaining essential company documents and project filing system, overseeing office equipment and supplies, company culture initiatives & events, providing some marketing and sales support, and occasional errands.

Our ideal candidate for this role has strong computer and communication skills. A friendly attitude and a professional demeanor are essential in this role.

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous administrative experience in an office setting, min. 2 years
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF Editing software
A willingness to learn computer web-based programs used by the company
