Pulsarlube USA is a growing company specializing in innovative single-point automatic lubricators for machinery. We operate in a friendly and professional environment with an international presence, primarily interacting with customers via phone and email.

Job Responsibilities

Administrative & Customer Support:

Frequently communicate with customers via phone and email.
Listen to customer needs and provide possible solutions.
Handle customer service tasks (delivery updates, distributor information, etc.).
Maintain up-to-date customer records in QuickBooks.
Work closely with warehouse and other departments for seamless operations.
Manage invoicing, PO’s, and accounts receivable tasks, including follow-ups on outstanding payments.
Order office and warehouse supplies while maintaining an organized office environment.

Office Management:

Oversee general office operations and ensure a well-maintained workplace.
Coordinate office equipment maintenance and vendor relationships.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and internal communications.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.

HR Support:

Assist in employee onboarding, including preparing documentation and facilitating training schedules.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Support recruitment efforts, including posting job listings and scheduling interviews.
Help coordinate benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
Assist with HR compliance, including policy updates and safety protocols.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative, office management, or HR-related roles.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Must work on-site.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $47K (negotiable)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
