Required Skills:

To be able to perform the duties with success the applicant should have the following skills

· Good communication skills

· Competence in Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Excel, and Word

· Ability to communicate and collaborate with others to achieve goals and support company productivity

· Organizational skills are an important part of this role

Job responsibilities include:

· Answer and direct incoming calls in a friendly and polite manner

· Open and distribute mail

· Greet visitors

· Order office supplies

· Administrative tasks, such as processing credit applications, running credit card payments, scanning documents, data entry etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 29 per week

Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
