The MFG/QC (Manufacturing and Quality Control) Administrative Assistant will collaborate/work with the manufacturing and quality control managers to ensure the departments operate smoothly and efficiently. This role will support both departments by maintaining and uploading documents into the document management system, organizing team meetings and events, arranging travel for department members, coordinating meetings, and other duties as needed.

This is an exciting time for the Muskegon plant, as we are a new Cytiva site and are ready to get our process up and running. This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager and is part of the Resin and Technologies Operations team located in Muskegon and will be a fully on-site role.

What you will do:

Offer office support – organize meetings, maintain office supplies, coordinate travel for the teams, calendar management, etc.
Document management – maintain filling systems for manufacturing and quality control (physical and digital), upload documents to the document control software
Assist in data entry, prepare reports and spreadsheets, handle sensitive information, and build slide presentations

Who you are:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills including time management, and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent, with previous administrative or office experience (1-3+ years)
