The Ford Agency is recruiting for top-notch Administrative Coordinator to support the State Advocacy team at a national trade association. This is a busy role that requires resourcefulness, flexibility, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will have experience providing administrative support to a team virtually and have the confidence to interact regularly with high-level executives. If you have at least 4 years of administrative support experience and are looking to join an organization dedicated to its employees professional growth and development, this could be a terrific opportunity for you! Hill experience is helpful, though not a must.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage detailed and busy calendars

Prepare documents and correspondence

Build relationships with committee chairs and staff to coordinate meetings

Collaborate with the communications and other internal teams

Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, and transportation as needed

Assist with special projects as requested

Qualifications Include:

4+ years providing administrative support

Excellent attention to detail and organization

Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Strong MS Office skills

Professional communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
