About the Role:

KW Consignment Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations in our high-end consignment boutique. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong sales and customer service skills, and a genuine passion for antiques, collectibles, and unique décor.

You will play a key role in coordinating administrative tasks, supporting online auctions, assisting customers and consignors, and managing inventory and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks and support store operations
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of consigned and sold items
  • Assist with scheduling, communication, and workflow coordination

Customer Service & Sales

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers
  • Assist with sales, product inquiries, and consignment discussions
  • Build strong relationships with clients and consignors

Inventory & Database Management

  • Enter and maintain accurate inventory data
  • Track items from intake through sale
  • Ensure proper tagging, organization, and presentation of merchandise

Auction & E-Commerce Support

  • Photograph and list items for online auctions and website
  • Assist with auction preparation and cataloging
  • Support Shopify and online store management

Shipping & Order Fulfillment

  • Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure items are handled carefully, especially fragile or high-value pieces
  • Coordinate shipping logistics and maintain records

Marketing & Digital Support

  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create engaging, high-quality, and consistent content to promote products and auctions
  • Plan and schedule frequent posts to drive traffic and increase visibility
  • Assist with website updates and online merchandising
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and sales abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with technology, inventory systems, and online platforms
  • Ability to handle and ship delicate or valuable items with care

Preferred Experience

  • Passion for and knowledge of antiques, collectibles, or vintage items (strongly preferred)
  • Experience in retail, administration, or consignment
  • Familiarity with Shopify, ConsignCloud, Auction Flex 360, or similar platforms

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting wage: $17.60/hour (based on experience)

Hours:

Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours/week)

(Flexible) Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

(Must be available) Saturdays: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
