We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Invoicing Manager to oversee our invoicing processes and ensure accuracy in billing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial software and a keen eye for detail. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity of our organization and ensuring timely invoicing for our clients.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing of clients.
Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for invoicing.
Utilize financial software to generate invoices and track payment status.
Address any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing promptly.
Maintain detailed records of all invoices, payments, and communications with clients.
Prepare reports on invoicing metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
Train and supervise team members involved in the invoicing process.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an invoicing or billing role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Proficiency in financial software; experience with specific programs is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
