Position Summary:

Renova One is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This part-time, on-site role plays a critical part in our daily operations by accurately processing and inputting incoming orders into our systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is comfortable using software tools such as Logicstek, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

Process and enter incoming customer and project orders promptly and accurately into company systems
Utilize platforms such as Logicstek, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data
Maintain data integrity by reviewing and verifying all entries for accuracy and completeness
Support internal teams by ensuring timely updates to order information and communicating discrepancies
Maintain well-organized digital filing systems for easy access and future reference
Assist with reporting and special data-related projects as assigned

Requirements

Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Familiarity with database management systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members
Previous experience with data collection or order entry is a plus

Qualifications:

Experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support is strongly preferred
Proficiency in Logicstek (or willingness to learn), Google Sheets, and Excel
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Must be available to work on-site at our Atlanta, Georgia office
Must be legally eligible to work as a 1099 contractor

This is a 1099 independent contractor role
Part-time hours: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
On-site only – remote work is not available for this position
All offers of employment are contingent upon a drug panel and a background check
Valid Driver’s License is required
