Job Title: Executive Administrative & Personal Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Executive Administrative & Personal Assistant. This position will provide administrative support to senior management and assist with personal tasks as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements for executives
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
Screen and respond to phone calls and emails on behalf of executives
Coordinate and oversee special projects as assigned
Assist with personal tasks such as errands, appointments, and household management
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
