Duties and responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable entry
Payroll entry and processing
Organization and distribution of project related data
Creation and tracking of contract documents
Creation and tracking of purchase orders
City/County Permit documents and filings
Effectively communicate with clientele, mostly via phone and email
