We are a leading software and services company specializing in customized workflows for medical assessors who complete independent medical examinations (IMEs). Experience in an insurance, assessment or personal injury company is crucial. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to help us drive success and support our valued clients.
Location: Remote (with head office in Oakville, but applications from across Canada are welcomed)
Salary: Part-time – $25,000 – $30,000 plus commission (approx. total of $40-50K)
*Strong potential to turn the part-time position into full-time, if interested.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in an insurance or assessment company. Strong understanding of the insurance and/or disability regulatory landscape in Canada is a plus. Paralegal and legal assistant is also acceptable and
valuable.
Other Experience
: Account management, client success, or a related field (preferably in the healthcare, insurance, legal, or technology s
ectors). Commu
nication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and articulate technical information clearly.Probl
em-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.Organ
izational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities.Tech-
Savvy: Comfortable using project management tools, Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), and other digital platforms to manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are
exceeded.
· External Stakeholder Relationship Management: Strengthen and expand existing relationships, while seeking out strategic partnerships for clients.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand and grow accounts by introducing new ideas and services tailored to their needs.
Problem Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve client issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Management, IT, Finance, and other departments to deliver a seamless client experience and drive customer satisfaction.
Schedule & Travel Management: Coordinate bookings, strategically advise the client on schedule options, and arrange necessary travel and accommodations.
Account Tracking & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, milestones, and account progress to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for internal teams. Provide updates on client status, opportunities for growth, and potential areas for improvement.
