Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Austin Division. This positions requires a heavy amount of data entry and filing. The role of the Administrative Assistant will be to organize and maintain the daily operational paperwork and assist management with day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

Correctly entering data in spreadsheets and preparing reports
Correctly filing paperwork and keeping it in a clean and orderly fashion
Handling/storing confidential data
Providing support to staff in an administrative capacity
Answering/directing incoming phone calls and e-mails
Producing/distributing internal correspondence
Greeting and providing general support to visitors
Making bank deposits

Requirements

Must have at least a High School Diploma
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Must have prior Data Entry experience
Must be detail oriented
Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills
Must have excellent time-management skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures preferred
