Job Summary
Are you passionate about beauty, wellness, and delivering an exceptional client experience? We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Marketing, Front Desk & Client Coordinator to be the heart of our MedSpa & Anti-Aging Beauty Center in Orlando, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and promotions.
Greet clients with warmth and enthusiasm, making them feel welcome and valued.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Educate clients on our products, treatments, and services.
Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and promotions.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and procedure rooms.
Manage the Clinic Director’s schedule and assist with administrative duties.
Ensure a seamless and luxurious client experience from check-in to check-out.
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, professional, and passionate about beauty & wellness.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a spa, MedSpa, or beauty setting is a plus!
Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling software & social media.
