Job Description
Our large transportation client in Reading, PA is seeking an Insurance Claims Coordinator to join their Insurance Compliance and Claims Support team. This team serves as the central hub of the department—reviewing, routing, and processing all insurance- and claims-related work before it moves forward. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role focused on clerical and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable handling a high volume of information. Training is provided. Key Responsibilities Collect, review, and organize insurance and claims documentation Verify accuracy and completeness of incoming information Determine appropriate routing of claims and compliance-related work Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding claim status and next steps Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
$20-22/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
