FMI’s Performance consulting practice helps construction firms to optimize their performance/ profitability and manage operational risk. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated, tech-savvy individual with acute attention to detail, who will assist our consultants effectively in delivering industry-leading solutions for our clients.

This is a full-time opportunity based in our office in Tampa, Florida.

All applicants for employment must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Responsibilities

Provide professional administrative support to multiple Performance practice consultants

Assist in the coordination of practice-wide communications, meetings, and reporting

Proof and professionalize formal client deliverables with accuracy and in a timely manner

Administer client surveys and develop corresponding survey results

Facilitate invoicing of professional fees and expenses to clients

Coordinate scheduling and set up conference/video calls

Facilitate printing, packing and shipping of client deliverables including workbooks and reports

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an administrative professional role or equivalent position.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) a must.

Superior skills in attention to detail, organization and time management.

Excellent verbal and written communication including proofing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of team.

Must be able to lift 25lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or associate degree from an accredited college or university

Experience with CRM and accounting software a plus

Experience with electronic survey tools a plus
