Responsibilities
Manage the VP’s emails, schedules, and appointments to ensure efficient time management.
Act as a liaison between the executive and external parties, handling correspondence and follow-up via email and phone calls.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure effective communication and execution.
Prepare, edit, and organize documents, proposals, files, and presentations as needed to support the VP’s initiatives.
Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and monitoring daily schedules and job tracking.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities to enhance company culture.
Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to support the executive’s needs.
Perform other tasks as assigned to support the VP and the organization.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel and MS Word.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-starter, problem solver, and passionate about helping others.
Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Compensation
