Responsibilities:
– Onboard new employees by providing orientation sessions, enrollment in attendance machine, completing paperwork, and facilitating integration into the company culture.
– Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
– Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
– Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
– Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
– Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
– Monitor and update employee handbook and other relevant documents as necessary.
– Responsible for the procuring and managing of office supplies and other items.
– Ensure regular and timely correspondence with the corporate office
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– 1-2 years of relevant experience is required
– Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
– Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Must be bilingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
