ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR 3 / Payroll Jobs in Jackson, LA at State of Louisiana
Job purpose:
To perform customer service duties to ensure maximum member support as prescribed in the Compromise and Settlement Agreement.
Hours:
Required to work 40 hours per week.
Overtime is not expected, but may be required occassionally.
May be required to work Holidays, weekends, and evenings.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 18 years old
Valid Washington State Driver’s License
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must have a pleasant attitude and appropriate office attire.
Must be able to provide references upon request.
Must be able to multitask
Microsoft office experience preferred
Quickbooks Desktop experience preferred
Required to sign a nondisclosure confidentiality agreement
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Process customer payments daily.
Answer phones, take messages, transfer to appropriate person.
Process Tree, Building, Gravel, and Propane permits.
Make collection calls on customer accounts that are overdue.
Process member address changes.
Maintain accurate and uptodate storage lot records.
Issue decals and gate cards to members.
Scan all documents daily.
Answer member questions and complaints.
Process membership paperwork as needed.
Answer customer questions and complaints, direct them to appropriate person.
Assist members with questions regarding septic and days in park used.
Read and understand Park Rules, ByLaws, and Tribal agreement.
Other duties as assigned.
