Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing exceptional customer support. This position requires general knowledge of office practices, and procedures. Applicant will be required to work with all departments of our organization to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, trustworthiness, and dependability are required. THIS IS NOT A WORK FROM HOME POSITION, AND REQUIRES YOU TO BE AT THE OFFICE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
DUTIES
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls with professionalism.
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Assist in the coordination of office activities and support various departments as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Operate phone systems effectively to facilitate communication within the office.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
Ability to prioritize task and meet deadlines
Basic bookkeeping knowledge
Teachable & flexible
Education Requirements
Associates Degree Preferred
High School Diploma Required
