We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to various departments. This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires an Associates degree and past administrative experience.

Duties

Manage and maintain schedules through effective calendar management, ensuring appointments and meetings are organized efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette while managing phone systems effectively.
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and accuracy before distribution.
Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
Provide administrative support to team members as needed, contributing to overall office productivity.
Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes as required.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using computer systems and office software applications for data entry and document management.
Experience in a dental receptionist role is a plus but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in proofreading tasks.
Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle calls professionally.
