Provides complex administrative support for department management. Coordinates and oversees the work of support staff.

Responsibilities
Job Functions
Provides administrative support to the Women’s Basketball program, including coaches, support staff, and student-athletes.
Manages travel expense reports and employee reimbursements for the Women’s Basketball program by reviewing all travel documents and receipts for accuracy, while also ensuring University and Departmental policies are being met.
Serves as the Purchasing Card Reallocator, reviewing and collecting receipts from cardholders while ensuring that proper P-Card policies and procedures are being followed.
Responsible for ordering standard operational supplies through the campus accounts payable Purchasing System.
Assists with meeting & event set up, as well as other duties as assigned.
Manages calendars for the Women’s Basketball staff.
Coordinates with the Athletics Business Office to perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in business or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) and three years full-time secretarial experience required. Demonstrated human relations and effective written and verbal communication skills required. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices and direct supervisory experience preferred.
