We are seeking a motivated, organized person to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator / Admin. Qualified candidates will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, team mentality, good problem-solving skills, and be honest and dependable.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns and social media initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
Utilize social media platforms to enhance the company’s online presence.
Create engaging, relevant content tailored to residential construction
Manage and produce regular posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency and strong audience engagement
Manage and organize administrative tasks
Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
Assist with project coordination and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement.
Support the team with various administrative duties as needed.
Manages internal filing systems
Takes leads and confirms appointments
Monitors and manages complex calendars
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
Strong social media management skills.
Familiarity with marketing principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Previous construction office experience is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
$20.00 – $25.00 per hr., depending on experience.
