Crafco, Inc. has an opening for an Administrative Coordinator at our corporate office in Chandler, AZ.
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support for the sales team, as well as the inside sales and sales administration department. This crucial role requires a highly organized and detail oriented individual who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task.

Specific Duties include:
Responsible for providing administrative support to Sales Managers, Territory Managers, Inside Sales and Sales Administrators
Maintain and oversee the rental fleet of equipment and sealcoat tanks. This includes organizing contracts, certificates of insurance (COIs), invoicing, tracking units, etc.
Compile and distribute various reports, those that require regular reporting, as well as individually requested reporting from sales or leadership
Administrator for software program, QuoteWerks, develop full working knowledge of the system for quote preparation, reporting, updating databases, entering contacts, troubleshooting, and other functions as needed
Display proficiency in SAP system for reporting, verifying inventory, researching customer records, entering/editing orders and other functions, as needed
Have a basic understanding of the inside sales and sales administrator positions to provide additional support as needed
Provide general clerical support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
Qualifications include:
High school diploma or GED with minimum 1-year experience in an administrative support role preferred
Computer proficiency, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), email, and other proprietary systems. SAP experience a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Professional and courteous demeanor with co-workers, vendors, customers etc.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred
