Administrative Coordinator Jobs in Denver, CO at University of Colorado
Nature of Position: Providing administrative support to management, employees, and in some case clients and visitors. Managing incoming payments invoices to ensure timely collection. Processing invoices and settling payments to suppliers and vendors. Updating and maintaining records regarding payments. Performing basic bookkeeping and answering phone calls, responding to inquiries and redirecting to the correct department.
Job Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree preferred but not required
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration work
· Be team oriented, self-motivated, and positive individual with strong work ethic.
· Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
· Great written and verbal communication skills
Schedule:
· Friday with a 1/2 day on Saturday maybe once per month.
