Administrative Coordinator Jobs in Azusa, CA at Foothill Community Church

We are looking for our newest Legal Office Services Coordinator!

$21 per hour | Monday – Friday | On-site

Legal document prep (printing, mailing, shipping, and receiving).
Prep food from vendors to be displayed for office and conference room meals.
Re-stock snacks and drinks.
Clean counters and tables n between meals.
Maintain coffee machines and supplies.
Inventory backstock.
Assist in other areas of the operation as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in law firms printing/mail center is PREFERRED.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
