We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to support our Projects Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, coordinating, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient project execution
  • Organize and maintain project documents, reports, and records
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Coordinate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and procurement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project guidelines
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications

  •  Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • A team player with a proactive attitude
  • Are fluent in English (written and spoken – communication is key!)
