Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Coordinator based in Melbourne, VIC, with some flexibility to work from home. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, assisting with financial processes, supporting customer and member services, and ensuring organized communication across the organization. Additional responsibilities may include compiling data, maintaining records, and supporting projects as required.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage professionally with team members, stakeholders, and external collaborators.
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, record-keeping, and organizing meetings and events.
- Solid Analytical and Finance skills, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in time management and multitasking.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and digital collaboration tools is desirable.
- Experience with virtual reality or related technologies in healthcare is considered an asset but not required.
