Creative Clay is in search of an organized, empathetic, dedicated professional to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator.

Role Description:
The Administrative Coordinator supports staff onboarding and training compliance, transportation and volunteer program coordination, and operational compliance with agencies including APD, FDOT, USDOT, and PSTA. This role assists with daily program operations, member artist support, Artlink/VR documentation and recruitment, and required state documentation and training.
The position is full-time and includes three administrative days and two teaching days, (in the studios and community), per week.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human development, education, or a related field (and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- One or more years industry experience working with people with disabilities
- A valid drivers license and willingness to drive Creative Clay’s vehicles
- The ability to pass background screenings (including Level II, Local Law, and Motor Vehicle Record Checks)
