Along with our local affiliated Dignity Health hospitals (Mercy Medical Center – Mt. Shasta Mercy Medical Center – Redding and St. Elizabeth Community Hospital) we offer an integrated care delivery system that provides high quality compassionate care in family medicine internal medicine OB/GYN cardiology and interventional cardiology neurology and neuro-interventional general surgery endovascular surgery and orthopedic surgery including general total joints and spine.

Responsibilities

Under general direction performs secretarial and administrative assignments of a confidential nature. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: This position requires continuous use of technical and business vocabulary and a detailed knowledge of organization operations procedures and staff. Regularly coordinates meetings and makes travel arrangements. Within guidelines makes independent decisions regarding planning organizing and scheduling work. Uses various PC software packages such a spreadsheets word process graphics access etc. to produce high quality reports presentations or other documents. Must be able to navigate internal systems and procedures to accomplish non-routine tasks in an effective and efficient manner.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years experience.
Requires a high school education or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Typically supports Director-level management.
Basic mathematical skills. Advanced computer skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required.

Pay Range
$20.71 – $28.48 /hour
