The position is part time. The hours of work are Monday – Wednesday 7:45 am to 4:15 pm. The job entails assisting in the front office with duties such as: checking patients in for appointments; answering phone calls; scheduling patients; scheduling surgeries; collecting payments; data entry into Electronic Medical Records system; complete insurance prior authorizations and pre-certifications; complete record requests; chart preparation; and any additional duties that become necessary.
