This position includes:
Answering incoming phone calls
Making outbound phone calls
Responding to emails
Responding to social media messages
Creating and updating customer accounts
Manage the studio’s calendar, including scheduling classes, rehearsals, and events
Modifying documents on Word and Excel or Google Drive
Maintain office supplies and inventory management
Assist with managing the studio’s social media accounts
Attending weekly staff trainings
Requirements:
Must be 18 years old or older
Billingual English / Russian
Must have a positive attitude
Must be coachable and willing to learn new skills
Must have a desire to serve customers at the highest level with respect and enthusiasm
Knowledge of dance or experience working in a dance studio is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent customer service and communication skills
