Summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at Ewing Diagnostics. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer support. The Office Administrator will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, supporting our staff, and enhancing the overall client experience.
Responsibilities
Assist with high volume scheduling for doctors and staff
Managing doctors schedules and emails to doctors and staff
Coordinating client communications
Provide excellent customer support, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Assist with Medical Assistant scheduling and communication
Directly reporting to Office Administrator
Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role in a healthcare or high scheduling for multiple people setting preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Computer skills, bring proficient in Microsoft Office
Must have stable work history
