JOB SUMMARY
The office clerk provides overall administrative support to assigned sales representatives. This role performs various duties including billing, generating work orders, preparing quotes, general office duties and client service.
The wage for this position is $21 / hour.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare job jackets and production tickets.
Generate work orders once job confirmation and specifications are received from customers.
Serve as liaison for the clients and production staff.
Find and update all work order changes made ones an order is in production.
Support customer service with verifying order information is correct prior to processing.
Input production numbers daily into envelope software.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated ability to provide a high-level of administrative support for sales staff.
Multi-task oriented with 2 years’ experience as a CSR or other industry related experience.
Minimum high-school education required.
Preferred Skills
Ability to work in a multi-task environment.
Knowledge of effective customer service skills
Proficient in office software and applicable equipment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
