Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Administrative Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks that require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
Duties
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook for various administrative tasks.
Work with QuickBooks (daily) for various financial record-keeping operations.
Assist with customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Support team members with various projects as needed, demonstrating effective time management skills.
Work with Production Employees.
Experience
Previous experience in an office setting is required.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is necessary.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in clerical work or front desk operations is advantageous.
