We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Office Administration Dispatch Clerk. Dispatch and Administrative duties.
2nd Shift. 3pm-11pm Monday thru Friday.
Dispatch drivers,
Safety and Compliance duties
Entry Level – $21.00/hr, Experienced Level up to $25.00/hr.
Manage incoming calls and emails, providing customer support and addressing inquiries promptly.
Support various administrative functions as needed to enhance office efficiency.

Skills

Prior experience with Dispatching drivers and logistics administrative duties preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Experience in front desk operations or similar roles is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
