Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks. This role requires strong time management skills and proficiency in various software applications to enhance productivity and efficiency within the office environment.

Duties

Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating meetings.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations to support team projects.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
Support home health personel duties as needed, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall productivity.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative role or office management is preferred.
Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
